A Referral Program Designed for Social Media Creators and Local Influencers

These terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant ("we" or "merchant") and an affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion at any time. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons

Your affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else's referral link and then later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.

You might or might not be assigned a coupon code — details and usage will be clarified on your Dashboard. If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote one.

You may also advertise on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and similar platforms, or through offline classified channels such as ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and Payment

When you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you will earn a commission calculated based on our Commission Structure. Commission is based on order value and does not include additional fees such as tax or shipping.

To receive payment, you must specify your payment details in Settings. Payment schedule information is available on the Affiliate Guide page.

Payments are only issued for successfully completed transactions. We reserve the right to review each referral order under our fair use policy. Commission status is displayed in the Commission tab, and completed payments are listed in the Payment tab. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Deal Sites & Unauthorized Coupon Codes

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from posting affiliate links or coupon codes on deal aggregator websites, coupon sites, cashback platforms, or any similar promotional channels, including but not limited to sites such as RetailMeNot, Honey, Rakuten, Slickdeals, or any equivalent platform. Referrals originating from such sources will be disqualified and no commission will be paid.

Additionally, affiliates may not create, distribute, or promote unauthorized coupon codes of any kind. Any commission referral associated with an unauthorized coupon code — regardless of whether a valid affiliate link was also used — will be disqualified. Repeated violations of this policy may result in permanent removal from the Affiliate Program.

5. Marketing Tools

We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or collection-specific promotions through the Marketing Tool tab. You can download these assets or copy the HTML embed code to share on your affiliate channels.

6. Network

If the Network tab is activated, you can invite others to become downline affiliates. When a downline affiliate generates an order, you will also earn a network commission based on merchant settings.

To invite others, share your network link. Any affiliate who clicks that link and signs up will become your downline affiliate.

7. Cookie Tracking

We use cookies to track customers who have clicked your affiliate link. Customers must have cookies enabled for tracking to work. If a customer does not allow cookies or clears them, we cannot track their activity and no earnings will be attributed.

The cookie duration is specified on the Affiliate Registration form. Tracking begins from the moment a customer clicks your link or uses your coupon. Within the cookie window, every order placed by that customer will automatically result in a commission — they do not need to click your link again.

8. Removal from the Program

If you wish to be removed from the Affiliate Program, please contact us at uppromote@procam.com.

This Privacy Policy of PROCAM & UpPromote about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

About Cookies

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.

Cookies are created when a user's browser loads a particular website. The website sends information to the browser which then creates a text file. Every time the user goes back to the same website, the browser retrieves and sends this file to the website's server.

Because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of Affiliate marketing system’s essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Information sharing

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through uppromote@procam.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
