2. Enrollment To become an affiliate of Prodermapeel, you must complete the application process and be approved by Prodermapeel. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
3. Promotion You agree to promote Prodermapeel in a manner that is professional, ethical, and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. You may use only approved promotional materials provided by Prodermapeel unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Commissions You will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate link or tracking code. Commissions are subject to change at the discretion of Prodermapeel and will be communicated to you in advance.
5. Payment Commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the affiliate dashboard. Payment will be made via zelle or any other listed methods. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Termination Prodermapeel reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice. Termination may result from violation of these terms, unethical marketing practices, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Prodermapeel.
7. Confidentiality You agree to keep all information related to the Program confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, commission rates, customer data, and any other information provided by Prodermapeel.
8. Liability Prodermapeel is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. You shall indemnify and hold [Your Company Name] harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your actions.
