Welcome to Pure Over! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
All applications are subject to review and approval by Pure Over. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
Participation in the Program is intended for genuine creators, publishers, and partners who promote Pure Over through original content and/or an established audience.
We may review an Affiliate’s website, social accounts, content, promotional methods, and traffic sources at any time to ensure they align with the purpose and terms of the Program.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
Approved Affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link that tracks eligible referrals and purchases.
Affiliate links may be shared through approved channels such as:
- Social media content
- Blogs, articles, or editorial content
- YouTube or other video content
- Email newsletters sent to your own opted-in audience
- Other owned content or channels approved by Pure Over
Affiliates may also receive a unique coupon code. Only coupon codes specifically assigned or approved by Pure Over may be promoted.
Affiliate links and coupon codes may not be distributed through unauthorized coupon, discount, cashback, deal, browser extension, or similar websites or services.
Affiliate tracking does not guarantee commission. All referrals remain subject to review under these Terms.
3. Paid Advertising & Search
Affiliates may not use paid advertising to promote Pure Over or generate affiliate commissions without prior written approval from Pure Over.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Google Ads or other paid search advertising
- Google Shopping
- Bing/Microsoft Ads
- Paid social media advertising
- Retargeting or display advertising
- Sponsored placements purchased primarily to generate affiliate commissions
Affiliates may not bid on or purchase keywords containing Pure Over, Pure Over product names, trademarks, misspellings, variations, or terms such as “Pure Over coupon,” “Pure Over discount,” or similar branded searches.
Affiliates may not run advertisements that direct users to Pure Over using an affiliate link or otherwise cause paid advertising traffic to be attributed to their affiliate account without written approval.
Referrals generated through unauthorized paid advertising may be denied and may result in suspension or removal from the Program.
4. Content & Promotional Standards
Affiliate commissions are intended to reward partners who genuinely introduce, recommend, or promote Pure Over through their content and audience.
Affiliates must accurately represent Pure Over and our products. Affiliates may not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized claims about Pure Over products.
Affiliates may use AI and other tools to assist in creating content; however, Affiliates may not use automated, mass-generated, misleading, low-quality, or spam content primarily designed to manipulate search results, capture existing Pure Over traffic, or generate affiliate commissions without providing genuine promotional value.
Affiliates may not impersonate Pure Over, represent themselves as Pure Over, or create websites, social accounts, advertisements, or other properties that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Pure Over channel.
Pure Over trademarks, logos, product imagery, and other brand assets may only be used in connection with legitimate promotion of Pure Over and in accordance with any brand guidelines we provide.
5. Commissions
Affiliates earn commission on eligible purchases attributed to their affiliate account according to the commission structure shown in their Affiliate Dashboard.
Commission is calculated on eligible product revenue and excludes taxes, shipping, refunds, discounts, chargebacks, and other non-qualifying amounts.
Affiliate attribution alone does not automatically make an order eligible for commission. Pure Over reserves the right to review referral activity and traffic sources before approving commissions.
6. 45-Day Commission Review & Payout Period
Affiliates earn commission on eligible purchases according to the commission structure shown in their Affiliate Dashboard. Commission is calculated on eligible product revenue and excludes taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, and other non-qualifying amounts.
Commissions are eligible for payout 45 days after the qualifying sale. This period allows Pure Over to account for returns and refunds and verify that referrals were generated in accordance with these Terms.
Pure Over may review traffic sources, referring pages, affiliate links, attribution data, and promotional methods before approving commissions.
Commissions may be denied for orders that are returned, refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred, improperly attributed, or generated through prohibited promotional methods.
7. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
8. Tracking & Cookies
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
9. Program Changes and Termination
Pure Over reserves the right to suspend or remove an Affiliate, deny commissions associated with violations of these Terms, and modify Program terms, commission rates, or promotional rules at our discretion.
Continued participation in the Program following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
