Terms and Conditions

  1. Commission: The Company agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission of the net revenue generated from web sales on the Pylot website, which are directly attributable to the Affiliate's marketing efforts. Net revenue is defined as the total amount received from customers, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any refunds or chargebacks.

  2. Tracking: The Company will provide the Affiliate with a unique URL to refer to in order to allow tracking of visitors and referred sales. The Company will also provide a monthly summary of total referred visitors and sales.

  3. Payment: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis within 30 days following the end of each calendar month. The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information.

  4. Marketing Materials: The Affiliate shall use only the marketing materials provided or approved by the Company. Any modifications or customizations must receive prior written approval from the Company.

  5. Term and Termination: This Agreement will commence upon the Affiliate's acceptance into the program and continue until terminated by either Party with written notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate shall cease all marketing efforts and remove any Company-related content from their channels. Any outstanding commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  6. Confidentiality: The Affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information relating to the Company or its products and services.

  7. Independent Contractor: The Affiliate's relationship with the Company is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the Parties.

  8. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting the amended Agreement on the Pylot website. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
