Agreement to Terms
By signing up for the Raas Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and govern your participation in the program. Any modifications to these terms will be effective upon posting to the Raas website or notifying the Affiliate, whichever occurs first.
Eligibility
To apply, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Affiliates must have an active website, blog, social media presence, or another digital platform suitable for promoting Raas products. Raas reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time without cause.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting Raas products through ethical marketing strategies and must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or illegal marketing practices. They are prohibited from bidding on Raas-related keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising or creating fake coupon codes to mislead customers. Affiliates must not make false claims about Raas products or misrepresent their relationship with Raas. Affiliates must ensure their marketing materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC guidelines on disclosures. Affiliates must represent the Raas brand responsibly, ensuring that all promotional activities align with Raas’s values and reputation. Raas has the unrestricted right to track, monitor, and audit all affiliate links and activities to ensure compliance with these terms. If an affiliate violates these terms, Raas may terminate the agreement and withhold commissions.
Affiliate Commissions
Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral links. Commission rates will be specified in the affiliate dashboard and are subject to change at Raas’s discretion, with notice provided to affiliates. Commissions will be paid out based on a predetermined schedule via the selected payment method, as detailed in the affiliate dashboard. Raas reserves the right to modify the payment schedule at any time at its sole discretion. Only completed, non-returned purchases may qualify for commission payouts. In the event of suspected fraud or policy violations, Raas reserves the right to deny, withhold, or cancel commission payments and to terminate the affiliate relationship immediately.
Cookie Duration
The program uses cookies to track referrals. The cookie duration can be found in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated at any time at Raas’s discretion. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the last click determines the credited affiliate. Raas reserves the right to modify or change cookie tracking mechanisms at any time, including the cookie duration, without prior notice. Affiliates accept that any changes to the tracking mechanisms may impact their commission payments.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed via PayPal, bank transfer, or other designated payment methods. Affiliates must meet a minimum payout threshold before receiving payments. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will result in forfeiture of commissions and possible termination from the program. Raas retains the absolute right to delay, deny, or withhold payments for any reason, including suspected non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct and up to date. Raas is not liable for payments delayed or lost due to incorrect payment information.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in spamming or sending unsolicited emails ("spam marketing"). They are also prohibited from using coupon or deal sites unless explicitly approved, engaging in paid advertising that competes with Raas’s own marketing efforts, and placing affiliate links on any site that promotes violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or adult content. Affiliates cannot purchase Raas products through their own affiliate links for self-commission. Any affiliate found engaging in prohibited activities may face immediate termination from the program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and legal action if applicable.
Intellectual Property & Content Rights
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Raas trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Raas products. They may not alter or modify Raas branding elements in any way. Any content (including but not limited to images, videos, text, reviews, or advertisements) created by Affiliates while promoting Raas products may be used by Raas with full rights to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute such content in any form and without compensation to the Affiliate. Any marketing materials provided by Raas, including but not limited to banners, images, or pre-written advertisements, remain the exclusive property of Raas. Affiliates may use these materials only for promotional purposes and may not modify, redistribute, or claim ownership over them. Unauthorized use of Raas intellectual property may result in termination from the program, the forfeiture of commissions, and legal action for infringement.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, all rights to use Raas promotional materials cease immediately, and outstanding commissions may be forfeited if found in violation of these terms. Raas reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or harmful behavior and may terminate any affiliate relationship at its sole discretion, with or without explanation, and without liability for any damages or lost income. Termination does not affect the Affiliate’s obligations to Raas that arise prior to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
Raas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from an affiliate’s participation in the program, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or business opportunities. Raas makes no guarantees regarding earnings or success through the affiliate program, as success depends on the affiliate's own efforts and marketing. Affiliates participate at their own risk and waive any claims against Raas for loss of revenue, business opportunities, or damages resulting from participation.
Changes to Terms
Raas reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If any material changes to the Terms and Conditions occur, affiliates will be given an opportunity to accept the new terms. If they do not accept, their participation in the program may be terminated.
