Rachel Bloom Sorority Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rachel Bloom! Thanks for your interest in joining our Exclusive Sorority Program, created specifically for U.S. college sororities and their members.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to sororities participating in the Program (“you,” “your,” or the “Sorority”) and Rachel Bloom (“we,” “us,” or the “Merchant”). By applying to or participating in the Sorority Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.

1. Sorority Program Eligibility & Approval

This Program is exclusively available to recognized sororities. Individual creators, influencers, or non-sorority organizations are not eligible.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Sorority Program application at our sole and absolute discretion. Rejection of an application does not entitle the applicant to any legal recourse.

2. Tracking Links & Attribution

Each approved sorority will receive:

• A unique, exclusive tracking link
• A custom commission rate, set specifically for that sorority

All purchases made through the sorority’s tracking link will be attributed to that sorority. If a customer clicks multiple referral links, the most recent referral link clicked will be the one credited.

A sorority may or may not be assigned a branded coupon code. If a coupon code is provided, usage details will be visible in the dashboard.

• No double commissions will be issued if both a link and coupon are used.

• Sororities may only promote coupon codes explicitly assigned to them.

Sororities may promote their tracking link across approved online and offline channels, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, chapter communications, events, newsletters, and campus initiatives.

3. Account Activation & Free Bag Reward

To activate participation in the Sorority Program, the sorority must purchase one Rachel Bloom bag.

Once the sorority generates 10 or more confirmed purchases through their unique tracking link:

• The originally purchased bag will be refunded or credited, effectively making it free

• The sorority will also receive additional Rachel Bloom branded merchandise, at our discretion

Purchases must be legitimate, completed transactions (no refunds or chargebacks) to count toward the 10-purchase threshold.

4. Commissions & Payments

Sororities earn commission on each qualifying purchase made through their tracking link.

• Commissions are calculated based on the order value, excluding taxes, shipping, or additional fees.

• Payment details must be correctly entered in the dashboard to receive payouts.

Commission schedules and payout timing will be communicated via the Sorority Program dashboard or guide.

We reserve the right to review all referral activity under a fair-use policy. Orders that result in refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will not qualify for commission payouts.

5. Marketing Assets

Rachel Bloom may provide approved marketing materials such as logos, banners, imagery, or promotional content for sorority use. These materials may be used solely for promoting Rachel Bloom within the scope of the Sorority Program.

Sororities may not alter branding, messaging, or assets without prior approval.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to track purchases made through sorority tracking links.

• If a customer does not allow cookies or clears them, we may be unable to track the referral and cannot issue commission for that purchase.

• Cookie duration is defined at the time of program registration.

Any purchase made by a customer within the cookie window will be attributed to the sorority, even if the customer does not click the link again.

7. Removal from the Sorority Program

A sorority may request removal from the Program at any time by contacting help@rachelbloom.com.

Rachel Bloom reserves the right to suspend or remove a sorority from the Program at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

8. Final Notes

We’re excited to partner with sororities who align with Rachel Bloom’s values of confidence, safety, and modern design.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Sororities are encouraged to review them periodically.

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Rachel Bloom under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Rachel Bloom (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through support@rachelbloom.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
