Affiliate Terms and Conditions for Raised Right Farmstead

Welcome to the Raised Right Farmstead Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating in our affiliate program.
1. Affiliate Program Registration Process
1.1 Registration: To join our affiliate program, you must complete the registration process on our website. Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link that you can share with your followers to promote Raised Right Farmstead products.
1.2 Products: Affiliates will be promoting the following products:
- Pasture-raised chicken
- Pasture-raised turkeys
- Pasture poultry bulk boxes
- Pasture poultry subscription boxes
- Pasture-raised eggs
- Raw pet milk treat
1.2a Product Promotion
· Product Description: The Raw Pet Milk Treat is a product intended exclusively for pet consumption. Affiliates must clearly communicate that this product is not for human consumption in all marketing materials and promotions.
· Affiliate Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional content emphasizes the correct usage of the Raw Pet Milk Treat. Any misuse or misrepresentation of the product may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
1.3 Marketing Materials: We will provide you with marketing materials, including email swipe copies, images, videos, promotions, and logos, to help educate your followers and promote our products effectively. These materials can be accessed through your affiliate dashboard.
1.4 Cookie Period: We use a 30-day cookie period to track referrals. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will earn a commission on that sale.
2. Affiliate Commission
2.1 Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on all sales generated through their unique affiliate link, provided the customer completes the purchase within the 30-day cookie period.
2.2 Commission Changes: Raised Right Farmstead reserves the right to modify the commission rate or any other terms of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Method: All affiliate payments will be made via PayPal. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payments.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payments will be made on the 1st day of each month and will cover commissions earned 30 days after the customer's payment has been processed. This delay is to account for any potential returns or chargebacks.
4. Relationship of the Parties
4.1 Independent Contractors: Raised Right Farmstead and all affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the parties.
4.2 Tax Responsibility: Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on the income generated through the affiliate program. Raised Right Farmstead will not provide tax advice or withhold any taxes on behalf of affiliates.
5. Trademarks and Copyright Provisions
5.1 Limited License: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Raised Right Farmstead’s marketing materials, email swipe copies, images, videos, promotions, and logos solely for the purpose of promoting our products under this affiliate program.
5.2 Ownership: Raised Right Farmstead retains full ownership of all marketing materials and intellectual property. Affiliates may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without prior written consent.
5.3 Permitted Use: Marketing materials provided by Raised Right Farmstead must only be used for affiliate marketing purposes related to promoting Raised Right Farmstead products.
6. FTC Legal Compliance and Disclosures
6.1 Affiliate Disclosure: Affiliates must comply with all FTC guidelines and legal requirements regarding affiliate marketing. This includes disclosing that they earn a commission through their affiliate links in all promotional content.
6.2 Responsible Promotion: Affiliates must promote Raised Right Farmstead products responsibly and accurately. Misleading claims or deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the affiliate program.
7. Termination Clause
7.1 Termination: Raised Right Farmstead reserves the right to terminate the affiliate partnership at any time if the affiliate violates these terms and conditions. In such cases, the affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
7.2 Immediate Termination: Immediate termination may occur if an affiliate engages in fraudulent activity, violates intellectual property rights, or fails to comply with legal or ethical standards.
8. Governing Law
8.1 Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
