Payment:

Ø  Commissions will be paid to your designated payment method once your earnings reach a minimum threshold, as determined by Riderwear.

Ø  Riderwear reserves the right to withhold payment for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

Term and Termination:

Ø  These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.

Ø  Riderwear may terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason.

Ø  You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time.

Ø  Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms will cease, except for any accrued and unpaid commissions owed to you.

Intellectual Property:

Ø  Riderwear owns all intellectual property rights associated with its brand and products.

Ø  Riderwear makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program or its products.

Ø  You participate in the Program at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability:
