Welcome to Rigid.PRO Camera Accessories. Thanks for joining our Affiliate Program.
These terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant ("we", "us", or "merchant") and an affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to our products or services.
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and is bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your registration. We also reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (including email).
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Your affiliate link is automatically generated, and you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on another affiliate's referral link and then later clicks on yours, your link is the one that counts (last-click attribution).
You may or may not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage clarified on your Dashboard. If a customer both clicks on your affiliate link and uses a coupon, you will not receive a double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote any Rigid.PRO coupon code.
3. Permitted Promotional Channels
You may promote Rigid.PRO through:
- Your own website, blog, or YouTube/video channel
- Organic social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube)
- Email marketing to your own opted-in subscriber list
- Print media, magazines, and trade publications
- Offline events, trade shows, workshops, and word of mouth
- Podcasts and editorial content
4. Prohibited Promotional Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the Program, forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and potential legal action:
4.1 Paid Search Advertising — NOT PERMITTED
You may not run any form of paid search advertising that promotes Rigid.PRO, our products, or our affiliate links. This includes but is not limited to:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen)
- Bing / Microsoft Ads
- Yahoo, Yandex, Baidu, DuckDuckGo, or any other search engine paid placements
- Bidding on the terms "Rigid.PRO", "RigidPRO", "Rigid Pro", "OMNIA", "OMNIA Universal", "OMNIA Cinema Rig", "CineBack", "FusionRig", any of our product names, common misspellings, or domain variations including "rigid.pro", "rigidpro.com", and "rigidpro.com.au"
- Bidding on competitor brand terms in conjunction with Rigid.PRO terms
- Use of our trademarks, product names, or branded creative in any paid search campaign or ad copy
4.2 Paid Social Advertising — NOT PERMITTED
You may not run paid advertising on social platforms that promotes Rigid.PRO, including:
- Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Messenger Ads, Audience Network)
- TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Snapchat Ads, YouTube paid placements
- Boosted posts featuring Rigid.PRO products, our trademarks, or our creative
- Organic social posts on your own account are permitted and encouraged.
4.3 Other Prohibited Activities
Domain squatting — registering or using domains containing "rigid", "rigidpro", "omnia cinema rig", or any variation
Coupon and cashback aggregator sites (e.g. RetailMeNot, Honey, Rakuten, CapitalOne Shopping, Honey extension placements) without prior written approval
Spam — unsolicited email, SMS, DM, or comment-spamming on third-party content
Misleading claims about pricing, availability, "official store" status, warranty, or product specifications
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe hijacking, or any technical manipulation of attribution
Self-referrals — using your own affiliate link for personal purchases
Impersonating Rigid.PRO — running ads, social profiles, or websites that imply you are the official brand
Trademark infringement — using "Rigid.PRO", "OMNIA", "CineBack" or our logos in your domain name, social handle, business name, or app
Posting on Wikipedia, news sites, or comment threads with the sole purpose of inserting affiliate links
5. Commissions and Payment
When you refer a customer who completes a purchase on our website, you will earn a commission based on the published Commission structure. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal and does not include taxes, shipping, duties, or any extra fees.
To receive payment you must specify your payment details under Settings. The payment schedule is shown on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments are made only on successfully completed transactions. The Program is subject to a fair-use policy which entitles us to review every referral order. The status of each commission is shown on the Commission tab; paid commissions appear on the Payment tab. Transactions resulting in chargebacks, refunds, returns, or fraud will not be paid out, and any commission already paid for such orders may be reversed or deducted from future payments.
We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions on orders we reasonably believe were generated through prohibited activities listed in Section 4.
6. Marketing Materials
We may share promotional media — banners, logos, product photography, lifestyle imagery, and collection promotions — through the Marketing Tool tab. You may download these assets or copy the HTML embed code to share on permitted affiliate channels.
You may not modify our logos, alter our trademarks, edit product photography in a misleading way, or use our creative in any prohibited channel listed in Section 4.
7. Network / Downline Affiliates
If the Network tab is activated, you may invite others to become downline affiliates. When a downline affiliate generates an order, the upline affiliate also earns a network commission based on our settings.
To invite other affiliates, share your network link. Anyone who clicks the link and signs up becomes your downline affiliate.
Downline affiliates are bound by the same terms — including the prohibitions in Section 4. You are responsible for ensuring affiliates you invite understand and comply with these terms.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use a cookie to track customers who click your link, so they need to allow cookies for us to track them.
If a customer disallows cookies or clears their cookies, we cannot track them and cannot pay commission on their activity.
The cookie duration is shown on the Affiliate registration form. Tracking begins when the customer clicks your affiliate link or uses your coupon. Within the cookie window, every order placed by that customer on our website automatically results in a commission to you (no further click required).
9. Disclosure Requirements
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Rigid.PRO whenever you promote our products. This is a legal requirement under the US FTC Endorsement Guides, Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), UK ASA / CMA, and EU consumer-protection regulations.
Acceptable disclosures include "#ad", "#affiliate", "Affiliate link", or a clear statement such as "I earn a commission if you purchase through this link". Disclosures must be conspicuous and not buried in hashtags or hidden in long captions.
10. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our trademarks, logos, and approved creative solely for the purpose of promoting Rigid.PRO through permitted channels, in accordance with these terms. All intellectual property remains the property of Rigid.PRO. This licence terminates immediately if you breach any term of this agreement.
11. Termination
If you wish to leave the Program, contact store@rigid.pro.
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of Section 4. Upon termination:
Any unpaid commissions earned from orders that breach these terms will be forfeited
You must immediately cease using all Rigid.PRO trademarks, logos, and creative assets
You must remove or disable all affiliate links from your channels within 7 days
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued participation in the Program after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
