These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
By joining the Sacred Woman Affiliate Program, affiliates also agree to represent our brand with integrity, transparency, and alignment with our values.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
Sacred Woman also reserves the right to approve, pause, or remove affiliates at its sole discretion, including where alignment with our values or program integrity is not met.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the program, affiliates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- An active website aligned with our brand
- An engaged social media presence
- In-person work as an educator, facilitator, or practitioner
3. Affiliate Links and Coupon
Affiliate links are automatically generated, and affiliates may also generate links for specific products or collections. If a person clicks on multiple referral links, the most recent click will be attributed.
Affiliates may or may not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage clarified in the Dashboard. If a customer both clicks an affiliate link and uses a coupon code, no double commission will be granted. If an affiliate is not assigned a branded coupon, they are not permitted to promote any coupon.
Affiliates may also promote Sacred Woman through online channels such as Facebook and Instagram, or offline channels such as magazines, newspapers, and other media platforms.
4. Approved Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote Sacred Woman through authentic and value-aligned channels, including:
- Organic social media content
- Educational or review-based content
- Email newsletters to their own audience
- Workshops, facilitation, or community-based sharing
All promotional activity must remain honest, transparent, and aligned with Sacred Woman’s values and mission. Affiliates are expected to represent the brand with integrity and ensure their communication is clear, respectful, and authentic.
5. Prohibited Practices
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Use of Google Ads or any paid advertising targeting Sacred Woman branded keywords, product names, or variations of the brand, including brand bidding or directing paid traffic to affiliate links
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, or any form of attribution manipulation
- Spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or any deceptive marketing practices
- Impersonating Sacred Woman or creating misleading accounts, pages, or content that could be perceived as official brand channels
6. Commissions and Payment
Affiliates receive commission for any referred customer who makes a purchase on our website, based on the applicable commission structure. Commission is calculated based on order value and does not include taxes, shipping costs, or additional fees.
To receive commissions, affiliates must provide valid payment details in their account settings. Payment schedules are communicated via the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments are only issued for successfully completed transactions. The Affiliate Program operates under a fair use policy, allowing the merchant to review all referral activity. Commission status is displayed in the Commission tab, and all paid commissions are listed in the Payment tab. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds are not eligible for commission.
7. Network
If the Network feature is activated, affiliates may invite others to become downline affiliates. If a downline affiliate generates sales, the upline affiliate may also receive network commissions depending on merchant settings.
Network invitations are shared via referral links, and any affiliate who signs up through such a link becomes part of the downline network.
8. Cookie
We use cookies to track users who click on affiliate links. Cookies must be enabled for tracking to function properly.
If cookies are disabled or cleared, tracking may be lost and commissions may not be attributed.
The cookie duration is specified in the affiliate registration form. Tracking begins when a customer clicks an affiliate link or uses a coupon. Within the cookie period, any qualifying purchase will be attributed to the affiliate.
9. Monitoring & Compliance
Sacred Woman reserves the right to monitor referral activity and traffic sources at its discretion. We may review affiliate activity, reject or reverse commissions that are deemed invalid, non-compliant, or generated through prohibited practices, and request clarification where necessary.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these Terms & Conditions or is not aligned with the integrity and values of the Sacred Woman brand.
10. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the program, they may do so by contacting: info@sacredwoman.com
11. Agreement
By participating in the Sacred Woman Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
