The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Program, both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to our products or services.
By participating in the Program, you, as an Affiliate, agree to use the Program as specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or to participate in the Program in any manner.
- Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
- Affiliate Links and Coupons
Your affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also create a specific link for a particular product or collection. If a person clicks on another’s referral link and then later clicks on yours, yours will be the one that counts.
You may or may not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If a customer clicks on your affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote that coupon.
You may advertise our website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., or through offline channels such as classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
Refer a customer to make a purchase on our website, and you will receive a commission, calculated based on our Commission structure. The commission amount depends on the order value and does not include additional fees (tax, shipping, etc.).
To receive a commission, you must specify your payment details in Settings. The payment schedule will be announced on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments are only made for transactions that have been successfully completed. The Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, allowing the merchant to review each referral order. The status of commissions is displayed in the Commission tab, and any paid commission will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Our Affiliate Program offers a commission of 6% on the total value of each purchase made through your referral, excluding taxes and shipping costs. For example, if a customer referred by you makes a purchase of $100 (excluding taxes and shipping), your commission will be $6 (6% of $100).
Our Affiliate Program has distinct policies for made-to-order and ready-to-ship products, particularly regarding refunds and the processing of funds.
- Made-to-Order Pieces:
- Refund Policy: As our made-to-order pieces are custom created for each customer, we are unable to offer refunds on these items.
- Fund Processing: Commissions on made-to-order pieces are processed within 7 days after the product is delivered. This policy ensures that the customer is satisfied with their custom product before the affiliate's commission is finalized.
- Ready-to-Ship Products:
- Refund Policy: Customers have the flexibility to return ready-to-ship products.
- Fund Processing: For these products, your commission is calculated 14 days after the sale, minus any returns that may have occurred within this period. This allows time for customers to decide if they wish to keep the product and ensures that your commission reflects the final sale value.
- Marketing and Promotion Guidelines:
As an affiliate, you have the freedom to promote our products using various channels. To make this process simple and straightforward, here are the key guidelines:
- Approved Channels: You can advertise our products online (e.g., social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram) and offline (e.g., classified ads, magazines, and newspapers).
- Brand Consistency: While promoting our products, please ensure that your messaging aligns with our brand values and image. Avoid making any false or misleading claims about our products.
- Use of Promotional Materials: We will provide you with promotional materials like banners and logos. Please use these official materials to maintain brand consistency.
- Prohibited Practices: Avoid spamming, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or any form of misleading advertising.
- Cookies
Our Affiliate Program uses cookies to track the referrals you make. Here’s a straightforward explanation of how this works:
- What are Cookies?: Cookies are small data files used to track when someone clicks on your affiliate link. They help us know that you referred a customer.
- Importance of Cookies: For us to track referrals and credit you with commissions, the customer needs to have cookies enabled in their browser.
- Cookie Duration: The cookie is active for a specified period, mentioned in your registration form. If a customer makes a purchase within this period after clicking your link, you earn a commission.
- Limitations: If a customer disables cookies or clears their browser cookies, we can't track their purchase, and you won't earn a commission for that sale.
- Removal from the Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting sales@saratti.com.
