These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Savage and Rose Affiliate Program ("Program") as an affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Affiliate Relationship
- 1.1 You and Savage and Rose Limited are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the parties.
- 1.2 You are not authorised to make any representations, warranties or commitments on behalf of Savage and Rose Limited unless explicit stated in writing.
- 2 Enrolment in the Program
- 2.1 To become an Affiliate, you must complete the application process on our designated platform and receive approval from Savage and Rose Limited.
- 2.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason, at our sole discretion.
- 3. Commission Structure
- 3.1 As an affiliate, you will earn a commission of 10% on all qualifying sales made through your unique referral link or discount code.
- 3.2 Commission will be calculated on the net sales amount after any discounts, returns, or cancellations.
- 3.3 Commission payments will be made 30 days after the end of each month, allowing for returns and refunds to be processed.
- 4. Promotion and Advertising
- 4.1 You agree to promote Savage and Rose Limited's products and services in a truthful and ethical manner.
- 4.2 You may promote our products through approved promotional methods, including but not limited to social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing.
- 4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activity comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
- 4.4 You are prohibited from engaging in any form of spamming, misleading advertising or unethical marketing practices.
- 5. Posting requirements
- 5.1 A minimum of 4 separate posts a month, including and limited to, posts on your profile & reels. This equates to posting one a week.
- 5.2 Add the following in your bio: @savageandrose muse
- 5.3 Include @savageandrose handle on your posts and reels by tagging and inviting as a collaborator when possible.
- 6. Intellectual property
- 6.1 Savage and Rose Limited grants you a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
- 6.2 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute or display our intellectual property without prior written consent from Savage and Rose Limited.
- 7. Tracking and Reporting
- 7.1 We will provide you with access to an affiliate dashboard where you can track your sales, commissions, and other relevant data.
- 7.2 The tracking of sales and commissions will be based on our designated tracking system, and discrepancies will be resolved at our sole discretion.
- 8. Termination
- 8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
- 8.2 Upon termination, you will not longer be eligible for commissions on future sales.
- 9. Modification of Agreement
- 9.1 Savage and Rose Limited reserves the right to modify, amend or change any provision of this Agreement at any time, without prior notice.
- 9.2 Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued participation in the program after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
- 10. Limitation of Liability
- 10.1 Savage and Rose Limited will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
- 10.2 In no event shall Savage and Rose Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
