Discount not valid on Bundle Deals. A valid and current cosmetology license and W-9 is required to earn commission. Commissions are paid once a month via PayPal only. In order to receive commission for purchases made by your clients, your clients must either use or present your unique coupon code on a qualifying purchase, shop via your unique link on sacredloxhair.com, or make a purchase on indiquehair.com with 60 days of clicking on one of your sharable images on your website. Commission is awarded for a maximum period of two years per client. During promotional periods, commission will only be applied when the promo discount on the referral order is 30% or less. To be eligible for commission, you must fill out a W-9. After your application is approved, you will be contacted by Sacred Lox Hair to fill out a W-9.
