Commission Review, Approval, and Payout Terms

All commissions earned through the Sposie Affiliate Program are subject to review, validation, and approval by Sposie in its sole discretion.

Pending Period

Commissions are initially recorded as pending upon placement of a referred order. A minimum 30-day holding period from the order date is required before any commission becomes eligible for review. This period allows for order fulfillment verification, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

Commission Approval

Commissions are reviewed and approved on a monthly basis. Only commissions associated with orders that are successfully completed, fully paid, and not refunded, canceled, disputed, or otherwise invalidated will be approved. Sposie reserves the right to approve, adjust, or deny commissions at its sole discretion where program terms are not met.

Payout Schedule

Approved commissions are paid on or about the 5th day of each calendar month for commissions approved during the prior period. Payment timing may vary due to payment processor delays, holidays, or technical issues.

Minimum Payout Threshold

A minimum approved commission balance of $50 USD is required in order to receive a payout. Approved commissions that do not meet this threshold will automatically carry forward to subsequent payout periods until the minimum payout threshold is met.

Administration and Rights

Commission tracking, approval, and payouts are administered through Sposie’s affiliate platform. Sposie reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or recover commissions resulting from refunded transactions, canceled orders, fraudulent activity, abuse of the affiliate program, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
