Welcome to StarShield Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities and expectations between StarShield Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as 'StarShield', 'we', or 'our') and you (referred to as 'Affiliate', 'you', or 'your'). By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Affiliate Enrollment
To become an affiliate, you must apply through our official program. Approval is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Upon acceptance, you will be given access to your affiliate dashboard to track performance.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
You are responsible for promoting StarShield products using ethical and professional marketing methods. You may use any marketing material provided by us but may not alter it without our consent. Misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices will result in immediate termination of your participation in the program.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a percentage commission on sales generated through their unique referral link. The commission structure will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard and is subject to change. Commissions are calculated based on net sales, excluding shipping, taxes, and returns.
4. Payment of Commissions
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis via your chosen payment method, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met. Any commissions that fall below this threshold will be carried forward to the following month. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate.
5. Tracking and Attribution
StarShield uses cookies and tracking mechanisms to attribute sales to the correct affiliate. The standard cookie duration is [insert duration], meaning that if a customer makes a purchase within this period after clicking your referral link, you will receive credit for the sale.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Using paid advertising to bid on StarShield’s branded terms (e.g., StarShield, Star Cool Shield, etc.).
- Spamming or using unsolicited communication methods.
- Misrepresenting the relationship between StarShield and the affiliate (e.g., posing as an employee).
- Using promotional content that violates intellectual property laws or third-party rights.
Violation of these guidelines will lead to immediate suspension or termination from the program.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions, and all promotional rights for StarShield products must cease immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
StarShield Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the total commissions paid to you.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City].
