  1. Registration & Eligibility
    • Complete the affiliate application form accurately.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your affiliate account. 
          • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
          • Affiliates must have an active social media presence or blog.
      • Content should be honest and not misleading. Do not make false claims about our products.
  2. Usage of Coupon Codes and Affiliate Links
    • Coupon codes provided for promotional purposes should be used to attract new customers.
    • Personal discount codes are for the affiliate's use only & and cannot be shared or promoted. 
  3. Prohibited Practices
    • Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes sending unsolicited emails or messages.
    • Affiliates cannot create social media pages or websites pretending to be Taffy Town.

Performance and Payment

  1. Commission Structure
    • Affiliates will earn a percentage commission on sales generated through their affiliate links.
    • Commission details and payment schedules will be provided upon acceptance into the program.
  2. Payment Terms
    • Payments will be made via PayPal or another specified method.
    • Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. ($50 OR MORE)
  3. Performance Monitoring
    • Taffy Town reserves the right to monitor affiliate performance.
    • Affiliates who do not meet minimum activity requirements may be removed from the program.

Termination

  1. Grounds for Termination
    • Violation of any of the affiliate program rules and guidelines.
    • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
    • Prolonged inactivity or failure to generate sales.
  2. Termination Procedure
    • Affiliates will be notified via email of any issues and given an opportunity to correct them.
    • Immediate termination may occur in cases of serious violations or fraud.

Support and Communication

  1. Affiliate Support
    • Affiliates can contact Taffy Town support for assistance with any issues or questions.
    • Regular updates and newsletters will be sent to keep affiliates informed.
  2. Feedback
    • Affiliates are encouraged to provide feedback on the program to help improve it.

Compliance and Legal

  1. Disclosure
    • Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in their posts, according to FTC guidelines.
  2. Compliance with Laws
    • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting Taffy Town products.
  3. Content Ownership
    • Affiliates retain ownership of their content but grant Taffy Town the right to use, reproduce, and share the content for promotional purposes.
