Crease Beast Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions 

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an ambassador (“you” or "ambassador”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant. 

By participating in the Program, Ambassador agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an ambassador or participate in the Program in any manner. 

1. Eligibility & Participation 

You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in a country where affiliate programs are legally permitted. Participation is subject to approval by Crease Beast and may be revoked at any time at our discretion. 

2. Content & Posting Requirements 

To unlock your ambassador perks (such as the 25% off and free shipping), you must first post your initial piece of content featuring the Crease Beast product on a public social media profile. Content must be original, clearly showcase the product, and must not contain any hateful, harmful, or inappropriate material. Content should tag @thecreasebeast (Instagram and TikTok) @creasebeast (Facebook and YouTube) and include your custom discount code or affiliate link in the caption, as applicable. 

3. Affiliate Links and Coupon Code Usage Policy 

Custom ambassador codes may not be posted on third-party coupon or discount sites. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending or future rewards. Commission amount is dependent on order value and does not include any extra fees like tax or shipping cost. 

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out. 

4. Free Shipping Perk 

Free shipping is available only for domestic (U.S.) orders. The free shipping perk becomes active only after your first qualifying content post has been shared and verified by our team. 

5. Cash Bonus for Views 

Certain promotional campaigns may offer cash bonuses based on views or engagement. These bonuses are only valid during the initial 14-day period following the date you post your video. Views accrued after the 14-day window will not be counted toward any bonus payout. 

6. Commission Structure 

Commission rates and structures are determined by Crease Beast and are subject to change. Payouts will be made on a scheduled basis as outlined on our ambassador dashboard or in direct communications. All taxes and reporting obligations are the responsibility of the ambassador. 

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost).

7. Termination 

Crease Beast reserves the right to terminate your participation in the ambassador program at any time, for any reason, especially if we determine that your actions are harmful, misleading, or detrimental to the Crease Beast brand. 

8. Confidentiality & Conduct 

Any insider information, unreleased products, or business updates shared with you as an ambassador are to be kept confidential unless otherwise approved. Ambassadors are expected to represent the brand with integrity and professionalism. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

Crease Beast will not be liable for any damages, loss of revenue, or issues arising from participation in this program. We make no guarantees regarding earnings or outcomes from the ambassador program.
