Thank you for becoming a part of our esteemed Practitioner Programme.

These terms and conditions govern the participation of individuals in the Programme, both as a merchant ("we" or "merchant") and as an affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.

By participating in the Programme, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not fully agree with these terms, you are not authorised to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program.

1. Approval of Registration

We value each participant in our Practitioner Programme. However, we reserve the right to approve or reject any Practitioner Programme Registration at our sole discretion. Rest assured, we will make fair and considered decisions. If your Practitioner Programme Registration is rejected, kindly note that there is no legal recourse against our decision.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons

Your success as an affiliate is our priority, and we have made it easy for you to refer customers. Each affiliate is provided with an automatically generated affiliate link, but you can also generate links for specific products or collections. Remember, if a customer clicks on someone else's referral link and later clicks on yours, your link will be the one that counts.

While some affiliates may be assigned to a specific coupon code, the details and usage are clarified on the Dashboard. It's important to note that double commissions will not be given if a customer both clicks on an affiliate link and uses a coupon code. Additionally, promoting an assigned branded coupon is allowed, but promoting unauthorised coupons is not permitted.

Feel free to advertise the merchant's website on various online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and offline channels like classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. Your creative marketing efforts are appreciated!

3. Commissions and Payment

As a valued affiliate, referring customers to our website is rewarded with commissions based on our Commission structure. The commission amount is calculated on the order value, excluding any extra fees such as taxes or shipping costs.

To receive your commission, please ensure you specify your payment details in the Settings. The payment schedule will be outlined on the Affiliate Guide page. Payments will be made only for successfully completed transactions. However, please note that the Affiliate Programme is subject to a fair use policy, and we may review each referral order before processing commissions. Any paid commissions will be listed on the Payment tab, and transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Marketing Tools

To support your promotional efforts, we provide a range of promotional media such as banners, logos, and specific collection promotions through the Marketing tool tab. You can easily download these materials or access the HTML embed code to share on your affiliate channels. We're here to help you succeed!

5. Network

If the Network tab is activated, you have the opportunity to invite others to become your downline affiliates. When your downline affiliates bring orders to our shop, you will also receive network commissions, subject to our merchant settings.

Inviting other affiliates is simple; just share your network link, and any affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up will become your downline affiliate. Together, we can build a strong and supportive community.

6. Cookies

To ensure accurate tracking of your referrals, we use cookies. For successful tracking, customers need to allow cookies. If a customer doesn't allow cookies or clears them, their activities cannot be tracked, and consequently, earnings on their activities cannot be paid.

The tracking duration will start from the time a customer clicks on your affiliate link or uses your coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer on our website will automatically result in commissions for you. There's no need for the customer to click on your affiliate link again during this period.

7. Removal from the Referral Programme

We believe in providing a flexible and supportive environment for all our practitioners and affiliates. If, for any reason, you wish to be removed from the corresponding programme, kindly contact us at hello@the-herbtender.com, and we will assist you accordingly.
