The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
We reserve the right to modify and change this program, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that no legal recourse will be available if your application is rejected.
2. Affiliate Links
Affiliate links are automatically generated. You can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Affiliates are only permitted to use affiliate links. The use of coupon codes has been discontinued. Affiliates may advertise The Razor Company's website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
Please note: We do not allow paid traffic ads, including Google Ads or similar paid or sponsored advertising, unless specifically pre-approved by The Razor Company in writing. Running, placing, or advertising sales, promotions, or impersonating ads violates the terms of this agreement and is cause for immediate removal from the Affiliate Program at the sole discretion of The Razor Company. Additionally, misleading deals, coupons, and "Free Shipping" offers are not permitted. We do not allow coupon or deal-finder sites to advertise on our behalf.
3. Commissions and Payment
For every customer referred who makes a purchase on our website, you will receive a commission calculated based on the commission structure. The commission amount is dependent on the order value and does not include extra fees (such as tax, shipping cost, etc.).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you must specify your payment details in the Settings. The payment schedule will be outlined on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will be issued only for transactions that have been successfully completed and approved by The Razor Company. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which gives The Razor Company the right to review and approve each and every referral order. The status of commissions is displayed in the Commission tab. Any paid commission will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Self-Referrals and Personal Purchases
Affiliates cannot use your own affiliate link or code to make purchases for yourself, family, or friends. The affiliate program is designed to reward affiliates for referring new, legitimate customers. Any purchases made using your own link will not qualify for commission payouts and may result in the termination of your affiliate account.
The Razor Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate an affiliate account that is found to violate our rights.
4. Marketing Tools
We may provide promotional materials, such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions, via the Marketing Tools tab. You can download the media or obtain the HTML embed code to share on affiliate channels.
5. Network
If the Network tab is activated, affiliates can invite others to become their downline affiliates. If any downline affiliate generates an order for The Razor Company, the upline affiliate will also receive network commission, which depends on The Razor Company's settings.
To invite other affiliates, share your network link. Any affiliate who clicks your link and signs up will become your downline affiliate.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to track people who have clicked on your link. If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, we cannot track them, and therefore, cannot pay earnings on that person's activity.
The cookie duration is specified on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking begins when a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the affiliate link. Within the cookie duration, every order made by this customer on The Razor Company's website will automatically result in commissions for the affiliate (there's no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link again).
7. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the Affiliate Program, they can do so by contacting: contact@therazorcompany.com.
The Razor Company reserves the right to remove any affiliate, with or without cause, in accordance with applicable laws, at our sole discretion.
