2. Program Overview
The Bean Lab offers an affiliate program that allows registered affiliates ("Affiliates") to promote our products and earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
3. Affiliate Registration
To become an Affiliate, you must complete the application form provided on our website and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
4.1. Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting The Bean Lab's products in an accurate and ethical manner. This includes using approved marketing materials provided by us.
4.2. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while promoting our products. Any deceptive, misleading, or unethical promotion is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Unique Affiliate Links: Upon approval, Affiliates will receive unique affiliate links to track sales. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their unique affiliate links are properly used in their marketing efforts.
4.4. Spam and Unsolicited Communication: Affiliates are prohibited from using spam or unsolicited communication to promote The Bean Lab's products. This includes email spam, social media spam, and any other form of intrusive promotion.
5. Cookie Policy
Our affiliate program operates on a 30-day cookie policy. This means that if a user clicks on an Affiliate's unique link and makes a purchase within 30 days, the Affiliate will receive credit for the sale.
6. Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a commission of 10% on the net sales amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) for each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link.
7. Payment
7.1. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis. Payments will be processed within 30 days following the end of each calendar month.
7.2. Payment Method: Affiliates can choose from the available payment methods offered by The Bean Lab.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, unethical behavior, or any form of fraudulent activity.
9. Modification of Terms
The Bean Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via the email address provided during registration. Continued participation in the program after the changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Bean Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the affiliate program.
By participating in The Bean Lab's Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
