Ambassador Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the TIMELEZZ Athlete Team! We're excited to connect with individuals who share our passion for fitness, confidence, and community.

By applying and, if approved, participating in the TIMELEZZ Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Approval

• Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old.

• Applicants should have an interest in fitness, activewear, or creating lifestyle content.

• TIMELEZZ reserves the right to approve or decline applications.

• Applying does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

2. Ambassador Commission

• Approved ambassadors earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales attributed to their unique referral link or discount code.

• Commissions are calculated on eligible product sales after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, refunds, canceled orders, and other ineligible transactions.

• Ambassadors cannot earn commission on their own purchases.

• Commissions must be verified before payment.

3. Discount Codes & Benefits

• Approved ambassadors may receive personalized discount codes to share with their followers.

• Customer discounts apply only to eligible purchases.

• Ambassador-exclusive discounts, gifted products, and promotional opportunities may be offered at TIMELEZZ's discretion and are not guaranteed.

4. Commission Payments

• Commissions are paid according to the payout schedule and minimum payout requirements communicated to approved ambassadors.

• Refunds, canceled orders, fraudulent transactions, and ineligible purchases do not qualify for commissions.

• Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment details and complying with applicable tax obligations.

5. Content & Promotion

• Ambassadors should promote TIMELEZZ authentically and professionally.

• All reviews and recommendations must reflect honest opinions and actual experiences.

• Ambassadors may not make false claims about TIMELEZZ products or use misleading advertising.

• Ambassadors are responsible for respecting copyright and other intellectual property rights.

6. Disclosure Requirements

Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with TIMELEZZ whenever promoting products.

Disclosures such as "#ad" or "I earn commission when you shop using my code" should be clearly visible in promotional content, as applicable.

7. Brand Representation

• Ambassadors must represent TIMELEZZ respectfully.

• TIMELEZZ branding and promotional materials may only be used for approved promotional purposes.

• TIMELEZZ will request permission before using ambassadors' original content beyond any separately agreed usage rights.

8. Program Changes & Termination

• TIMELEZZ may update the program with notice.

• TIMELEZZ may suspend or terminate participation for violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to the brand.

• Legitimately earned, approved commissions remain payable according to the applicable payment terms.

9. Agreement

By submitting an application and participating if approved, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy.
