The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Program both as merchants (“we” or “merchant”) and Affiliates (“you” or “Affiliate”) who refer customers to purchase products from trueCABLE.
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in and is bound by, these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
To join the Program, you must complete the Affiliate application form on our website. We will review your application and notify you if you are approved.
We reserve the right to approve or deny ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.
Factors for approval may include relevance to the industry, content quality, audience size, and brand alignment. We reserve the right to reject applications without explanation.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a trueCABLE Connector, you will promote trueCABLE products using provided affiliate links. You agree to engage in honest and ethical marketing practices and ensure that your promotional efforts align with trueCABLE’s brand values.
All content must adhere to our branding guidelines. You may not use our trademarks or logos in a way that is misleading or discredits the brand.
Affiliates must strictly adhere to FTC guidelines, including clearly and conspicuously disclosing your Affiliate relationship with trueCABLE in all promotional content. The full FTC guidelines can be found in the Affiliate Resources dashboard. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Program.
3. Affiliate Links and Coupons
A general affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later clicks on yours, the most recent link—the final click that leads to the purchase—will receive the commission. This means your referral will count as long as your link is the last one the customer used before completing their order.
An Affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code, with details and usage clarified on the Affiliate dashboard. If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses your coupon code, you will only receive a single commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Affiliate links can be advertised on the Affiliate's online channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Digital Blogs. However, all social media platform restrictions and rules must be followed.
4. Commissions and payment
If you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you will receive a commission amount calculated based on the current commission structure. Commission is based on the order subtotal and does not include taxes, shipping, or additional fees.
Commission percentages are based on the total value of referred sales. As affiliates drive more sales, they become eligible for higher commission rates. Current commission tiers can be viewed at any time in the affiliate dashboard. Tiers are reviewed annually, and affiliates who do not meet the required sales thresholds may be moved to a lower commission tier at trueCABLE's discretion.
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. To receive a commission payment, you must fully complete your affiliate account setup, including providing your payment details in the Settings section.
Orders become eligible for commission 30 days after the purchase date, allowing our 30-day return policy to fully process. This ensures that only completed, non-returned purchases are included in your payout. Once an order passes this 30-day window without a refund or chargeback, the commission will be added to your approved balance and paid out on the next 1st of the month.
The Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which allows trueCABLE to review and approve each referred order. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be eligible for commission.

5. Marketing Material
We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML-embedded code to share on your channels.
Affiliates may not use provided marketing material for any other purpose. Once an Affiliate has ended their time with the Program, they will cease all future use of trueCABLE Affiliate marketing material.
6. Use of Affiliate Content
By participating in the trueCABLE Affiliate Program, you grant trueCABLE a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any user-generated content (UGC) you create in connection with the program. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, videos, and written content featuring trueCABLE products.
trueCABLE may use this content across its marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, website, printed materials, and paid advertising.
When applicable and where possible, trueCABLE will credit the original creator by tagging your social media handle or listing your name.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about trueCABLE products. Spamming or engaging in unsolicited communications is strictly prohibited. You may not engage in cookie stuffing or any other form of fraud to increase commissions. You may not use copyrighted material, images, or text from trueCABLE without permission.
Affiliates are also prohibited from featuring or promoting alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances in any content representing or associated with trueCABLE. Content containing such material will not be eligible for commission, and any violations may result in review and potential removal from the affiliate program.
8. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn’t allow cookies or clears their cookies, we can’t track them and, therefore, can’t pay earnings on that person’s activity.
The cookie length is stated in the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day starts when a customer clicks on the Affiliate’s link or uses the Affiliate coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer on the trueCABLE website will automatically result in commissions for the Affiliate.
9. Removal from the Affiliate Program
You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us in writing via email or directly within the Affiliate dashboard. All communication through email can be sent to marketing@truecable.com.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, unethical behavior, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of trueCABLE materials and Affiliate links. Commissions earned before termination will be paid out according to the regular payment schedule.
For minor issues, we follow a structured three-warning process:
A first and second warning will be issued via email with clear expectations for correction.
A third warning within a 6-month period will result in removal from the program.
Warnings may be issued for concerns such as a decline in content quality, failure to use proper FTC disclosures, misuse of affiliate links, or inconsistent promotion of the program.
trueCABLE reserves the right to determine what constitutes a minor issue on a case-by-case basis.
In more serious cases—such as the promotion of false information, violations of FTC guidelines, or behavior that reflects poorly on the brand—we reserve the right to terminate your participation immediately without prior warning.
10. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared with you as part of your participation in the Program, including but not limited to commissions, sales data, and business strategies.
11. Amendments
trueCABLE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified via email of any changes, and continued participation in the Program after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Agreement
By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
