Trulap Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate of Trulap, you agree to the terms outlined below. Violation of any of these terms may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

1. 

Affiliate Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.

• You must have an active platform or audience suitable for promoting Trulap (e.g., website, social media, YouTube, etc.).

• We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. 

Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a commission on net sales (excluding returns, shipping, taxes) generated through their unique referral link or discount code.

• The current cookie window is 180 days.

• Commissions are only valid on non-refunded, completed purchases.

3. 

Payout Terms

• Payouts are made on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s eligible sales.

• A valid payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank account) must be provided for payouts.

• Minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., $25). Unpaid balances roll over to the next month.

4. 

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use your affiliate code to make purchases for yourself (“self-referrals”).

• Mislead customers with false or exaggerated claims.

• Use unauthorized paid ads (e.g., bidding on “Trulap” or related terms).

• Share discount codes on coupon farms or promo code aggregator sites unless explicitly approved.

• Misrepresent Trulap, our products, or your relationship with us.

5. 

Brand Use & Representation

• Affiliates are permitted to use approved Trulap logos, images, and content strictly for promotion.

• All representations of Trulap must be honest, respectful, and aligned with our brand mission.

• Any unauthorized or misleading use of Trulap intellectual property will result in removal from the program.

6. 

Dashboard & Tracking

• Each affiliate will receive access to a dashboard to track clicks, sales, commissions, and payouts.

• Trulap is not responsible for any tracking discrepancies due to ad blockers, browser settings, or technical issues beyond our control.

7. 

Termination

• You may leave the program at any time by written notice.

• Trulap reserves the right to remove any affiliate at any time, with or without cause.

• Any violation of these terms results in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

8. 

Changes to Terms

• Trulap reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major updates via email or dashboard.

9. 

Limitation of Liability

Trulap shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to you under this agreement.
