Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Notable! Thanks for joining our Affiliate Program.

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as the merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, the affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and is bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons

Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you may also generate links for specific products or collections. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later clicks on yours, the last click is the one that counts.

An affiliate might or might not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard.

• If a customer both clicks on an affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission.

• If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you are not authorized to promote the coupon.

Affiliates may also advertise the merchant’s website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or offline media such as classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and Payments

When you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you will earn a commission calculated based on our commission structure. The commission amount is based on the order value and excludes any additional fees (such as tax or shipping).

To receive payment, you must provide valid payment details in the Settings section. Payment schedules will be posted on the Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed and are not subject to refunds or chargebacks. The merchant reserves the right to review all referral orders for compliance with our fair use policy.

Commission status can be viewed under the Commission tab, and any paid commissions will appear in the Payment tab.

4. Marketing Tools

We may share promotional materials such as banners, logos, or collection-specific campaigns through the Marketing Tool tab. You may download these assets or use the provided HTML embed code to share them on your affiliate channels.

5. Network Program

If the Network tab is activated, affiliates may invite others to become their downline affiliates.

• When a downline affiliate generates sales, the upline affiliate may receive a network commission, depending on merchant settings.

• To invite other affiliates, share your unique network link. Anyone who signs up through that link becomes your downline affiliate.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to track customers who have clicked your affiliate link. Customers must allow cookies for tracking to function.

If a customer blocks or deletes cookies, we cannot track their activity, and commissions cannot be paid.

The cookie duration is stated in the Affiliate Registration Form. Within that time frame, all purchases made by the referred customer on the merchant’s website will automatically generate commissions for the affiliate.

7. Prohibited Activities (Self-Referrals, Fraud, and Abuse)

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activity, including but not limited to:

• Making purchases through their own affiliate links (“self-referrals”).

• Using fake or duplicate accounts to simulate legitimate referrals.

• Encouraging others to make purchases solely to earn commissions.

• Manipulating order data, coupon codes, or referral links in any way.

Any affiliate found engaging in these practices will be immediately removed from the program.

Commissions legitimately earned before the violation will be paid on the next scheduled payment date. However, any bonuses, incentives, or rewards associated with self-referrals or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

The merchant reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred.

8. Removal from Affiliate Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the program, they may do so by contacting support@meetnotable.com.

The merchant may also remove affiliates at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or behavior deemed harmful to Notable’s reputation or business interests.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

About Cookies

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.

Cookies are created when a user's browser loads a particular website. The website sends information to the browser which then creates a text file. Every time the user goes back to the same website, the browser retrieves and sends this file to the website's server.

Because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of Affiliate marketing system’s essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Information sharing

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through support@meetnotable.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
