This Agreement ("Agreement") pertains to the Affiliate Program of Nobori Connection ("the Company"), designed to enhance the visibility of our products within the broad ecosystem of automotive enthusiasts. The ultimate objective of this program is to augment the traffic to our social media pages and website, thus driving sales.
The individual selected to embody the Nobori Connection brand through this exclusive affiliate program ("the Affiliate") is expected to maintain the utmost level of professionalism and positive personal image, both in the digital and physical realms. This includes upholding professional decorum in person and across all digital platforms. The Affiliate's representation of the brand should manifest through the utilization of our products in numerous ways, which may include, but are not limited to: -Creation and promotion of content on YouTube -Regular posts, stories, and reels on Instagram -Publishing videos on TikTok -Utilization of other social media platforms like Facebook, online forums, etc. -Physical representation at automotive events The Affiliate should strive to disseminate information about our product frequently, in line with -the specific agreements that will be made between Nobori Connection and the Affiliate following the successful completion of the interview process. Nobori Connection prioritizes high-quality, engaging, and respectful individuals for its affiliate program. Each potential Affiliate is subject to a comprehensive review of their online presence before acceptance into the program. The products provided by the Company should be incorporated into the Affiliate's daily use. However, they should also be employed as a promotional tool by tagging our profiles in any related online media, either directly or indirectly. Nobori Connection strictly prohibits the use of its products in any illicit activities, including but not limited to street racing, street drifting, street takeovers, or any other automotive or non-automotive activities that are considered illegal. In the event of discovering such participation, the Affiliate's contract will be terminated immediately, resulting in the forfeiture of all future profits derived from this program. Nobori Connection is committed to delivering top-tier products that rise above the competition. Our products exemplify the highest standards of quality, a trait that our Affiliates should mirror. Each Affiliate will receive a maximum of one (1) unit of any requested designs unless otherwise specified. It is expected that these items will be showcased on social media and video platforms,. As of the date of this Agreement, July 17, 2023, all Affiliates will be eligible for a 10% commission on all sales realized via their specific product promotions. Please note, this commission rate is subject to alteration for future applications. |
