Welcome to Twenty39! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to purchase products or services from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and is bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links, Coupons & Referral Attribution
• An affiliate link is automatically generated, but you may also generate a link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on multiple affiliate links, the last click will receive the commission.
• Affiliates may be assigned a coupon code with specific usage conditions available in the dashboard. If a customer clicks an affiliate link and also uses a coupon code, only one commission will be credited.
• If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you are not allowed to promote any unauthorized discount codes.
• Affiliates may not use their own link to earn a commission on personal purchases. Any such transactions will be voided.
• Affiliates must ensure compliance with fair marketing practices, including honesty in advertising and adherence to consumer protection laws.
3. Prohibited Promotional Practices
To maintain fairness and program integrity, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
a) Brand Bidding on Search Engines
• Affiliates may not bid on Twenty39-related branded search terms (e.g., “Twenty39”, “Qarbo”, “Twenty39 Australia”) in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any search engine advertising platform.
• Affiliates may not use variations, misspellings, or combinations of our brand name in paid ads.
✅ Allowed: Running ads targeting generic terms related to sparkling water makers.
❌ Not Allowed: Running ads bidding on “Buy Qarbo Sparkling Water Maker” or directing paid traffic to Twenty39 through branded searches.
b) Use of Direct Linking in Paid Ads
• Affiliates may not run paid ads that link directly to the Twenty39 website using their affiliate link.
• If running paid traffic (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), the ad must link to your own website or landing page first, not directly to our store.
✅ Allowed: Running paid ads to your own website or blog, then directing visitors via affiliate links.
❌ Not Allowed: Direct linking from Google Ads to Twenty39.com.au with an affiliate link.
c) Targeting Existing Customers
• Commissions are only eligible for first-time customers referred through an affiliate link.
• Affiliates will not receive commissions on orders placed by customers who have previously purchased from our store.
• Affiliates must not use retargeting ads or encourage existing customers to repurchase through an affiliate link.
✅ Allowed: Referring new customers who have never purchased from Twenty39 before.
❌ Not Allowed: Encouraging existing customers to click on an affiliate link before making another purchase.
4. Commissions and Payment
• Commissions are earned on qualified purchases made by new customers using the affiliate’s referral link or coupon code within the cookie tracking period.
• Commissions are not paid on purchases that are refunded, canceled, or charged back.
• Payments will be made according to the schedule outlined on the Affiliate Dashboard.
• Affiliates must provide valid payment details in their settings to receive payouts.
• Twenty39 reserves the right to audit all commissions and decline payments that do not comply with program terms.
5. Marketing Tools
We may provide promotional media such as banners, logos, or collection promotions through the Marketing Tool tab. Affiliates are encouraged to use these materials, but any unauthorized modification of our branding is not allowed.
6. Cookie Tracking Policy
• Our system uses cookies to track referrals.
• If a customer clears cookies or blocks tracking, we will not be able to track the referral, and commissions will not be awarded.
• Cookie duration is stated in the Affiliate Dashboard. All purchases made within this period will be credited to the referring affiliate unless another affiliate link is clicked.
7. Fraud & Violation of Terms
Twenty39 reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account and void commissions if any of the following occur:
• Use of brand bidding or direct linking in paid ads.
• Self-referrals or commissions on personal purchases.
• Generating commissions from existing customers rather than new ones.
• Any form of misleading advertising or cookie stuffing.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
If an affiliate is found violating these terms, commissions may be withheld, and their account may be permanently removed from the program.
8. Removal from the Affiliate Program
Affiliates who wish to exit the program may do so by contacting: qarbosupport@twenty39.com.au.
