AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS AFFILIATE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Unfilteredwear ("Company") and you ("Affiliate").

WHEREAS, the Company operates an online marketplace for bold, fearless, badass apparel; and

WHEREAS, the Affiliate may wish to participate in the Company's affiliate program and promote the Company's products on Affiliate's platform;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Company and the Affiliate (individually, a "Party," and collectively, the "Parties") agree as follows:

1. Affiliate Opportunities

1.1. The Affiliate may, at their discretion, use the Company’s unique affiliate link and coupon codes to promote and facilitate the sale of the Company’s products. There is no obligation on the Affiliate to promote the Company's products.

1.2. The Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with any promotion they choose to undertake.

2. Payment

2.1. The Company will pay the Affiliate a commission of 20% of the total referral sales made through the Affiliate's unique link or coupon code, should the Affiliate choose to promote. Payments shall be made once a month.

2.2. Any transfer fees related to the payment will be borne by the Affiliate.

2.3. The commission rate is not fixed and may be subject to change at the Company's sole discretion. The Company will provide notice to the Affiliate of any change in the commission rate.

3. Termination

3.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, the Company will pay any outstanding commission due to the Affiliate.

4. Modification

4.1. The Company may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commission fees, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Company will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

6. Independent Contractor

6.1. The Affiliate and the Company are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

By participating in the Unfilteredwear Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.
