The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are participating in the UNI KEY Health Affiliate Program.
By participating in the program as an Affiliate, you agree to use the program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of Affiliate Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated for our website, unikeyhealth.com, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection as needed. If a person clicks on another affiliate's referral link, and then later, they click on your referral link before purchasing, yours is the one that counts.
As an affiliate, you may also be assigned a coupon code. The details (discount amount, exclusions, etc.) as well as coupon code usage data will be available on the Affiliate Dashboard. If the customer both clicks on the affiliate link, and uses the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. You are not allowed to promote any coupon codes for unikeyhealth.com outside of your affiliate coupon code.
As an affiliate, you may post or share your unique affiliate links and coupon codes on your personal social media channels including facebook, instagram, tiktok, pinterest, link.in.bio; personal websites and/or blogs; mailing list or personal emails, word of mouth or printed materials.
You may not earn commission on your personal orders or orders placed for members of your household. If your affiliate link or coupon code is used to place such orders, we reserve the right to remove the commission earnings for these orders.
You may not promote your link or coupon code on any UNI KEY social channels, affiliated Facebook groups, or websites. You may also not message potential customers who are engaging with UNI KEY’s social or website content to share your link or coupon. Referrals must come from your personal network. In the event that this is abused, we reserve the right to cancel your affiliate account and all unpaid commissions will be automatically forfeited.
3. Commissions and Payment
When you refer a customer to make a purchase on our website using your link or coupon code, you will receive commission calculated based on the commission rate posted on your affiliate dashboard. The commission amount for each referred purchase is calculated as a percentage of the order value after discounts have been applied, and before tax and shipping.
For an Affiliate to receive commission, you must have your payment method set to PayPal with the email address associated with your payment account entered. The Payment schedule is outlined on the Affiliate Guide tab in the Dashboard.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission is displayed in the Commission tab on the dashboard. Any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
4. Marketing Tools
We may share promotional materials with you including banners, logos or specific collection promotions through the Marketing Tool tab in your Affiliate Dashboard. You can download the posted media or utilize the HTML embed code to share on your social channels.
5. Link Tracking - Cookies
Our affiliate tracking system requires cookies to be enabled to properly track users who have clicked on your link. In the event that a user does not allow cookies, or clears cookies or cache in their web browser, our affiliate tracking system will be unable to track their purchase. In this situation, the purchase will not be attributed to your affiliate account and therefore commission will not be earned.
Cookies will be active for 30 days as stated on the Affiliate registration form. The 30-day tracking period will start from the time a customer clicks on your affiliate link. Within this 30-day period, every order made by this customer at unikeyhealth.com will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (there’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link each time as long as cookies have not been cleared from their browser).
6. Coupon Code Tracking
In order for you to receive commission with a coupon code, the customer must enter your unique code in the coupon code field at the online checkout on unikeyhealth.com. If the customer chooses to enter a different code, chooses to use a promotion that does not allow them to enter a coupon code, purchases a subscribe and save item, or forgets to use your code, you will not receive commission for the order. We are UNABLE to make any adjustments or apply commission after the fact. Your code MUST be used at the time of checkout in order for you to earn commission. Orders placed via phone are also not eligible.
7. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: info@unikeyhealth.com.
