Vintage Boho Bags Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to the Vintage Boho Bags Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions are intended to outline the framework of our affiliate program, including your rights, responsibilities, and benefits as an affiliate. By applying to and participating in our program, you agree to comply with these terms.
Eligibility and Enrollment
- Applicants must complete the affiliate program application and be approved by Vintage Boho Bags.
- Approval is contingent upon meeting our program standards and requirements.
Affiliate Benefits
- Approved affiliates will receive a 50% discount on all merchandise purchased for promotional purposes.
- Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on sales made through their exclusive affiliate links or with their approved discount codes.
- Affiliate links will carry a 30-day cookie duration to help track sales originating from an affiliate’s link.
Commissions and Payments
- Commissions are calculated on monthly sales and are paid out monthly.
- If an affiliate earns over $600 within a year, they must complete a W-9 form. Such affiliates will receive a 1099 form at year-end for tax purposes.
Exclusions
- Vintage Boho Bags reserves the right to make final decisions on the eligibility of sales for commission.
Affiliate Obligations
- Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves ethically and promote Vintage Boho Bags products in a manner that is consistent with our brand values.
- Affiliates should ensure that all promotional materials accurately represent Vintage Boho Bags products and offerings.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
To protect the integrity of the Vintage Boho Bags brand and affiliate program, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Paid Search Advertising: Affiliates may not run or bid on any paid search ads (including Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC platforms) using “Vintage Boho Bags,” “Vintage Boho,” or any variations, misspellings, or related branded keywords. This includes direct linking or redirecting traffic to our website.
- Coupon & Deal Websites: Affiliates are not permitted to promote Vintage Boho Bags on coupon, discount, or deal aggregation websites without prior written approval. This includes listing unauthorized coupon codes, expired offers, or misleading promotions.
Any affiliate found in violation of these terms may have commissions reversed and/or be removed from the program without notice.
Termination
- Vintage Boho Bags reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time without prior notice for any violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
- Vintage Boho Bags reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notification of changes will be sent to all active affiliates.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the California in which Vintage Boho Bags is headquartered.
