Welcome to The Vital Duo | Five Elements Luxury Chocolate for Wellness.
Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals or entities participating in the Vital Duo Affiliate Program, including Vital Duo (“we”, “us”, or “the merchant”) and the Affiliate (“you”) who refers customers to our products or services.

By registering for or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms in full, you are not authorised to join or participate in the Program.

1. Affiliate Application Approval

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

Rejection of an application does not entitle the applicant to any legal claim or compensation. We are not required to provide a reason for rejection.

2. Affiliate Links & Coupon Codes

• Each affiliate is provided with a unique affiliate link, automatically generated upon approval.

• Affiliates may also generate links to specific products or collections.

• If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent link clicked before purchase will be credited.

• Affiliates may be assigned a personal coupon code, as shown in the Affiliate Dashboard.

• No double commission will be paid if a customer uses both an affiliate link and a coupon code.

• If you are not assigned a coupon code, you are not permitted to promote or distribute one.

Affiliates may promote Vital Duo via:

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

• Websites, blogs, or email newsletters

• Offline channels such as magazines or newspapers

All promotions must remain honest, respectful, and aligned with our brand values.

3. Commissions & Payments

• Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate link or assigned coupon code.

• Commission is calculated based on the order value only, excluding taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges.

• To receive payment, affiliates must provide valid payment details in their Affiliate Dashboard.

• Payment schedules and commission structures are outlined in the Affiliate Guide.

Only successfully completed transactions are eligible for commission.

We reserve the right to review all referral transactions under a fair use policy.
Orders that result in refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be paid.

Commission status can be viewed under:

• Commission Tab – pending and approved commissions

• Payment Tab – completed payouts

4. Marketing Materials

Vital Duo may provide affiliates with approved marketing assets, including:

• Banners

• Logos

• Product images

• Campaign-specific media

These materials are available via the Marketing Tools section of the Affiliate Dashboard.
Affiliates may download assets or use provided embed codes for promotion.

Marketing materials must not be altered without prior approval.

5. Affiliate Network (If Enabled)

If the Network feature is activated:

• Affiliates may invite others to join the Affiliate Program as downline affiliates.

• If a downline affiliate generates a sale, the upline affiliate may earn a network commission, subject to merchant settings.

• Downline affiliates must register using the network invitation link to be properly tracked.

Network commission rates are determined by Vital Duo and may change from time to time.

6. Cookie Tracking

Vital Duo uses cookies to track affiliate referrals.

• Customers must allow cookies for tracking to function.

• If cookies are disabled or cleared, commissions may not be recorded.

• Cookie duration is stated on the Affiliate Registration Form.

• Tracking begins when a customer clicks an affiliate link or uses an affiliate coupon.

• Within the cookie period, all qualifying purchases made by the customer will generate commission for the affiliate — even if the link is not clicked again.

7. Removal from the Affiliate Program

Affiliates may request removal from the program at any time by contacting:

• Misrepresenting the brand

• Making false or misleading claims

• Engaging in spam or unethical marketing practices
