Vizari Sports Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Vizari Sports Affiliate Program! This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
Vizari Sports offers a competitive 5% commission on all sales generated through your affiliate links. Our cookie duration is 45 days, allowing you to earn commissions for purchases made within this period.
2. Affiliate Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to join our affiliate program.
- Your website, social media accounts, or other promotional methods must not contain any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up and keep this information up-to-date.
3. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are not allowed to engage in the following activities:
- Misrepresentation: Do not make false or misleading claims about Vizari Sports products or your affiliation with Vizari Sports.
- Trademark Bidding: You are not permitted to bid on keywords containing "Vizari Sports" or any variations thereof in pay-per-click search engines (e.g., Google AdWords).
- Cookie Stuffing: Do not engage in cookie stuffing or any other deceptive techniques to generate sales.
- Spam: Do not use unsolicited email (spam) to promote Vizari Sports products.
- Inappropriate Content: Do not promote Vizari Sports products on websites or platforms containing content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.
- Discount Code Abuse: Only use discount codes provided through the Vizari affiliate program. Do not advertise unauthorized discount codes or engage in coupon abuse.
- Direct Linking: Affiliates are not permitted to link directly to our website from search engines. All traffic must come through your own promotional content.
- Incentivized Traffic: Do not offer incentives (e.g., cash back, rewards points) for purchasing through your affiliate links without prior approval from Vizari Sports.
- Marketplace Restrictions: You can sell our products on your website and other Online channels except for Amazon, Target Plus and Walmart.
4. Termination
Vizari Sports reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violating this agreement or any applicable laws. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
5. Commission and Payment
- Commissions are calculated based on the total sale amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and any returns or refunds.
- Payments are made through according to their payment schedule and policies.
6. Modification of Terms
Vizari Sports reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Liability
Vizari Sports is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vizari Sports operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By joining the Vizari Sports Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
