Wick & Bloom Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Wick & Bloom Affiliate Program! These terms apply to everyone who joins the program as an affiliate (“you”) and to Wick & Bloom, a DBA of Luxe Intuition LLC (“we,” “us”). By registering, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t register.
1. Approval
We review every application and may approve or decline any registration at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Links & Codes
You’ll receive a unique affiliate link, and you may be assigned a personal discount code. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate’s link, the most recent click gets credit. A customer who both clicks your link and uses your code earns you one commission, not two. Only promote codes assigned to you.
3. Commission & Payment
- You earn 10% commission on the product total of qualifying orders, excluding tax, shipping, and gift cards.
- Commissions are held for 30 days to allow for returns, then approved. Orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back don’t earn commission.
- Approved commissions are paid monthly once your balance reaches $25, by PayPal. You must provide a valid PayPal email in your affiliate dashboard to receive payment. Wick & Bloom covers PayPal processing fees.
- We may review any referral order and decline commission on orders that violate these terms.
4. Disclosure (Required)
Under FTC guidelines, you must clearly disclose your relationship with Wick & Bloom in every post that includes your link or code, or that features products we gifted you. Use clear labels like #ad, #affiliate, or “I earn a commission from this link,” placed where followers will see them, not hidden among hashtags.
5. Product Claims
Share your honest experience. Do not claim that any Wick & Bloom product treats, cures, or prevents any medical condition, and don’t make claims about ingredients or results that we don’t make ourselves. When in doubt, ask us first.
6. Prohibited Activity
The following are not allowed and may result in removal and loss of commission:
- Using your own link or code for your own purchases
- Posting codes on coupon or deal sites
- Bidding on “Wick & Bloom” or similar terms in paid search ads
- Spam, misleading content, or impersonating Wick & Bloom
- Altering our logos or creating content that conflicts with our brand values
7. Marketing Materials
We may share photos, logos, and promotional materials through your dashboard. You may use them only to promote Wick & Bloom.
8. Cookies
We track referrals with a 30-day cookie that starts when a customer clicks your link or uses your code. If a customer blocks or clears cookies, we may not be able to track their purchase.
9. Taxes & Independent Status
You’re an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Wick & Bloom. U.S. affiliates must submit a W-9 to receive payment. You’re responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings.
10. Termination & Changes
Either of us can end your participation at any time. If you’re removed for violating these terms, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. We may update these terms, and continuing in the program means you accept the changes.
11. Liability & Governing Law
Our liability under this program is limited to commissions you’ve earned and that remain unpaid. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
