Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Wild Three Co.! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
The following terms and conditions apply to businesses/individuals who are accessing or using the Program as an affiliate (“you”, “your” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to purchase product(s) from Wild Three Co. (“we”, “our” or “company”).
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

Eligibility
Affiliate must be a business or be 21 years or older to join our affiliate program.
Affiliate must operate a business, or reside, in the United States of America.
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against the company for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliate agrees to promote our products in a positive and ethical manner.
Affiliate must not represent or be an affiliate of any other Hemp CBD or cannabinoid brands while participating in our affiliate program unless direct permission is granted in writing by the company.
Affiliate must disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines or local advertising regulations while promoting our products.

Content and Promotion
Affiliates are encouraged to use official company marketing/promotion materials/media, including logos, images, and content provided by the company. We may share marketing/promotion media and/or specific authorized verbiage to you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on your channels.
Affiliate must not change or alter official company marketing materials, including logos, images, and content provided by the company.
Affiliate must not use misleading or false information when promoting our products.
Affiliate must not make any medical claims or imply that our products can cure any diseases or medical conditions.
Affiliate can share personal experiences and testimonials about the effectiveness of our products, provided they comply with all applicable regulations and guidelines.

Brand Representation
Affiliate must not represent our products in a way that is harmful or damaging to the brand’s reputation.
Affiliate must not make medical claims about our products beyond what is provided in official company materials.

Affiliate Links and Coupon
Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection through the affiliate portal. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Affiliate may or may not be assigned a coupon code with details and usage clarified in the affiliate portal Dashboard. If a customer clicks on the affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, then you are not approved to promote a coupon.
Affiliate may advertise the company website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers. All ads using content not provided by the company must be approved by the company before promotion/publication.

Commission and Payments
Affiliate will earn a commission on qualifying referral sales/orders made on our website through your unique affiliate link(s) or custom coupon code(s) (if applicable). Commission amount is dependent on order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).
Commission rates and payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the affiliate guide and are subject to change at the discretion of the company.
Affiliate commission must be greater than $100 before being paid.
Qualifying referral sales/orders include all transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the company the right to review each and every referral sale/order. Status of commission is displayed in your affiliate portal under the Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab.
For an Affiliate to receive a commission; you need to specify the payment details in your Affiliate portal under Settings; Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Affiliate is responsible for any taxes associated with their earnings.

Cookie (Tracking)
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using/allowing cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them and therefore cannot pay earnings to affiliate on that person's activity.
Cookies day is mentioned on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or custom coupon (if applicable). Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at the company website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (there’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link again).

Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
Affiliate may also terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying the company in writing at: info@wildlingnaturals.com

Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use company trademarks and marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting our products.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the company.

Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees to keep any confidential information shared by the company, including but not limited to marketing strategies and sales data, confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties.

Compliance
Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and privacy.
Affiliate must not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with our affiliate program.

Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliate will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
