Affiliate Terms & Conditions

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for participation in Wild Wholistic’s Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and policies set forth here. We reserve the right to update and modify this Agreement at any time.

Affiliate Perks & Compensation

• Discount Codes: You will receive a 10% discount code to share with your friends and followers.

• Commission: You will earn a 10% commission on all sales made through your unique affiliate link.

• Early Access: Affiliates will have early access to new releases, promotions, and launches.

Affiliate Requirements

• Deliverables: To participate, you agree to complete the following within the first 30 days of receiving products:

  • One (1) Reel on Instagram or TikTok.

  • One (1) Instagram Story with 2-3 frames, including a swipe-up link to your affiliate code.

  • Affiliate Link in Bio for 30 days.

• Posting Cadence: Affiliates who fail to post content or make conversions for a period of 3 months will be deactivated from the Program.

Commission & Payment

• Cookie Duration: Wild Wholistic operates on a last-click attribution model with a 30-day cookie window. This means you will receive credit for purchases made within 30 days of someone clicking your affiliate link.

• Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month's sales. Payments will only be made if your payment information is inputted and up to date in your affiliate account. Payments are processed through PayPal/Bank Transfer.

• Refunds/Chargebacks: Commissions for sales that are refunded or charged back will not be paid, and if already paid, they will be deducted from future commissions.

Content Guidelines & Brand Representation

• Content Creation: Affiliates are required to create content showcasing Wild Wholistic products. All content must:

  • Feature only Wild Wholistic products.

  • Refrain from promoting competing brands in the same content.

  • Tag @shopwildwholistic in all posts and stories.

  • Use appropriate hashtags #wildwholistic #mywildwholistic #purepotentproven

• Content Usage: By participating in the Program, affiliates grant Wild Wholistic the right to use any content created (reels, images, stories, etc.) for marketing purposes. This includes:

  • Posting to social media platforms.

  • Paid promotion of posts.

  • Publishing on Wild Wholistic’s website and other digital platforms.

  • Use in digital and offline advertising (e.g., email, print ads, etc.).

  • Combination with other content for promotional use.

• Note: Content usage is royalty-free and perpetual.

Affiliate Code & Coupon Usage

• Unique Code: You will be provided with a unique affiliate code that must be included in all deliverables and shared with your audience. We regularly check for unauthorized use of discount codes.

• Unauthorized Use: If your discount code is found on coupon websites or used improperly, we will issue a new one. Continued misuse may result in removal from the Program.

Affiliate Deactivation

Affiliates who:

• Fail to make conversions or post content within 3 months, or

• Violate the terms of this Agreement (e.g., promote competing products, misuse discount codes),

will be deactivated from the Program. Wild Wholistic reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice.

Intellectual Property

All Wild Wholistic trademarks, logos, and other brand assets are owned by Wild Wholistic. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets strictly for the purpose of promoting Wild Wholistic products. Affiliates may not alter or misrepresent these assets in any way.

Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not:

• Use Wild Wholistic's trademarks in paid advertising without prior written approval.

• Engage in any misleading or unethical marketing practices.

• Bid on Wild Wholistic-branded keywords in search engines.

• Promote competing brands alongside Wild Wholistic products in the same content.

Termination

Wild Wholistic reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon. Upon termination, the affiliate will forfeit all rights to any commissions not yet paid.

Limitation of Liability

Wild Wholistic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

Affiliate Acknowledgment:

By becoming or continuing as a Wild Wholistic Affiliate, you agree to abide by this Affiliate Agreement and any updated policies Wild Wholistic implements in the future.

This Privacy Policy of UpPromote about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through affiliate@wildwholistic.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
