WithLove Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a WithLove affiliate partner. We value the role you play in sharing our message of bringing harmony to homes and promoting healthy, nutritious solutions for kids. To ensure a successful partnership and maintain the integrity of our brand, we have outlined the following terms and conditions.

By participating in the WithLove Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following:

1. Prohibited Activities

To maintain ethical marketing practices and protect the WithLove brand, affiliates are strictly prohibited from the following activities:

a) Branded Search Advertising

• Affiliates may not bid on any WithLove branded terms or variations thereof on search engines, including but not limited to Google, Bing, and Yahoo. Examples of prohibited terms include:
  • "WithLove"
  • "WithLove Protein Powder"
  • "WithLove Nutrition"
  • "WithLove related keywords"

b) Search Engine Advertising (Non-Branded)

• Affiliates may not bid on any generic search terms related to the products we sell, such as:
  • "children's protein powder"
  • "kids probiotics and multivitamins"
  • "healthy nutrition for kids"
• Affiliates are further prohibited from engaging in any paid search advertising that directs traffic to their affiliate links.

c) Direct Linking

• Affiliates are must use tracking software to link to our product/storefront. We highly recomend you link to your own landing pages first before senidng trafic to our site.

d) Trademark and Copyright Misuse

• Affiliates may not use the WithLove name, logo, or creative assets in any way that might mislead customers or violate intellectual property rights.
• Do not mimic or replicate official WithLove marketing materials without express written permission.

e) False or Misleading Claims

• Affiliates may not make false claims about WithLove products, including health benefits, medical claims, or exaggerated results.
• Any claims must align with official WithLove messaging.

f) Spam and Unauthorized Email Marketing

• Affiliates may not engage in spam email marketing. All email marketing efforts must comply with CAN-SPAM Act guidelines.
• Emails must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with WithLove.

g) Coupon and Discount Abuse

• Affiliates may not promote unauthorized or expired coupons.
• Do not use coupon websites solely to drive traffic for affiliate commissions.

h) Social Media Misuse

• Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting WithLove products on social media (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or a similar disclosure).
• Affiliates may not create fake social media accounts or impersonate WithLove.

i) Violating Platform Policies

• Affiliates must adhere to the advertising policies of major platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional content complies with platform guidelines.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn a commission for each verified sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
• Commissions will be paid on the total sale amount from each order.
• Payouts will be made on a monthly basis via the designated payment method (after the 30 day review period for all returns/cancelations/refunds).

a) Commission Rate

• There is a base commission rate is 30% per verified sale. 
• Additional incentives may be offered for top-performing affiliates:
  • 10 Sales increases commission to 35%
  • 25 sales increases commissions to 40%
• 10% Recurring subscription for life of the subscribing customer

b) Cookie Duration

• Affiliate cookies will remain active for 30 days. Sales generated after this period will not qualify for a commission. (unless it's recurring subscriptions)

c) Refunds and Chargebacks

• Commissions will not be paid on refunded or fraudulent orders. If a chargeback occurs, commissions will be reversed.

3. Brand Guidelines

To ensure a consistent and positive brand image, affiliates must adhere to the following:

• Use only approved banners, logos, and creative materials provided by WithLove.
• Refrain from altering or modifying WithLove branding elements.
• Represent WithLove in a professional and positive manner.

4. Compliance and Termination

• Affiliates must comply with all terms outlined herein.
• Violations of these terms may result in:
  • Suspension from the affiliate program
  • Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
  • Permanent termination of your affiliate account

WithLove reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity and terminate partnerships at its sole discretion.

5. Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with WithLove in all promotional materials, as required by the FTC Guidelines.

6. Changes to the Program

WithLove reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

Agreement

By participating in the WithLove Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
