Affiliates participating in the program must adhere to strict ethical, legal, and promotional standards designed to prevent abuse and protect the integrity of the brand. Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to bidding on the company’s brand name, trademarks, misspellings, or variations thereof, as well as bidding on competitor terms in a misleading manner. Affiliates may not use direct linking, bridge pages, cloaking, or deceptive redirects in connection with paid advertising, nor may they use the company’s domain or likeness in display URLs. The use of retargeting ads, paid social ads, or any other paid media channels that mimic or compete with the company’s own campaigns is also prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

Self-referrals and commission abuse are strictly forbidden. Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases or on purchases made by friends, family members, employees, or any related parties, including through the use of alternate accounts, coupon stacking, or any attempt to game attribution systems. Any attempt to manipulate tracking mechanisms—such as cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, auto-redirects, or script-based attribution hijacking—is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions.

Affiliates must not engage in passing off, impersonation, or brand misrepresentation. This includes creating websites, social media profiles, ads, or communications that falsely appear to be owned or operated by the company. The unauthorized use of the company’s logos, trademarks, brand voice, or proprietary content—including copying website layouts, product descriptions, images, or reviews—is prohibited. Affiliates must clearly disclose that they are independent partners and not the company itself, and they may not make claims of official partnership beyond what is explicitly granted.

The use of coupon, discount, or deal-based promotion is tightly controlled. Affiliates may not promote unauthorized, expired, scraped, leaked, or fabricated coupon codes, nor may they mislead users with false discounts or bait-and-switch tactics such as “click-to-reveal” offers that do not provide genuine value. Trademark domain names (e.g., domains containing the company’s brand or close variations), typo domains, or misleading subdomains are not allowed. Similarly, browser extensions, toolbars, or apps that inject affiliate links, overwrite existing tracking cookies, or trigger pop-ups without user intent are prohibited unless explicitly approved.

Affiliates must maintain high-quality traffic standards. The use of spam in any form—including unsolicited email, SMS, direct messaging, comment spam, or forum posting—is strictly forbidden. Traffic generated through bots, click farms, incentivized clicks (unless explicitly approved), adware, malware, or deceptive practices is not allowed. Affiliates may not promote the company on websites or platforms that contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to adult content, hate speech, or pirated materials.

All affiliates are required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including advertising disclosure requirements (such as clearly identifying affiliate links), consumer protection laws, and data privacy regulations. Misleading claims, false testimonials, unsubstantiated performance guarantees, or any deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited. Affiliates must not position offers in a way that creates false urgency, misrepresents pricing, or manipulates user intent.

The company reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity at any time, including reviewing traffic sources, conversion patterns, and promotional methods. Any suspicious, fraudulent, or low-quality activity may result in withheld or reversed commissions, account suspension, or immediate termination from the program without notice. The company retains sole discretion in determining violations and enforcing these terms, and repeated or severe breaches may result in permanent bans and potential legal action where applicable.
