Welcome to the ZBiotics Affiliate Program!
The following terms and conditions apply to any individual who accesses or uses the ZBiotics Affiliate Program (the “Program”) as an affiliate who refers customers to ZBiotics products or services (such individuals hereafter referred to as “you” or “Affiliate”).
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with other specifications that may from time to time be set by ZBiotics. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of Program Registration
Individuals who want to participate as Affiliates must register in the Program (“Program Registration”) according to the procedures in place at the time of registration. ZBiotics reserves the right to approve or reject the Program Registration of any individual in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against ZBiotics for the rejection of a Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Discount Codes
As an Affiliate, you will be provided a personal affiliate link for you to share with potential customers. This will be generalized for all ZBiotics products, but you may also use the Program’s online dashboard (the “Dashboard”) to create new affiliate links for specific products or collections.
If a person clicks on your link and then makes a purchase, that purchase will be tied to your affiliate profile and you will receive commission according to the terms of the Program (more below). If a person clicks on someone else’s affiliate link and then later they click on yours before making a purchase, yours is the one that counts and you will receive commission. If a person clicks on your affiliate link and then later clicks on someone else’s before making a purchase, theirs is the one that counts and you will not receive commission.
As an Affiliate, you may or may not also be assigned a personalized discount code for you to share with potential customers. Affiliate-related discount codes function like affiliate links: when a customer uses it to make a purchase, you receive commission. Additional details and usage are clarified in the Dashboard.
If a customer clicks on your affiliate link and uses your discount code, you will not receive a double commission.
As an Affiliate, you may advertise your link and discount code in online channels such as Facebook and Instagram or in offline channels such as classified ads and magazines.
3. Commissions and payment
When an eligible customer makes a purchase on the ZBiotics website after using your affiliate link or discount code, you will receive a commission amount that is calculated based on the commission structure in place at the time of the referred purchase. The base dollar amount on which the commission is calculated is the line item total of the referred purchase net of any discounts. The base dollar amount does not include extra charges, such as sales tax or shipping fees.
For an Affiliate to receive a commission payment, you need to specify your personal payment details in the Settings on the Dashboard. Payments can only be made through Paypal, check, Venmo, and bank transfer (only to U.S. financial institution accounts).
Commissions will only be paid for referred purchases that have been successfully completed. The minimum threshold for commission payout compiled at the close of each month is $50. Earned commissions below this threshold that have not been paid out will roll over into the next payment period, provided your affiliate account is in good standing. Payments will be made on a Net-30-day basis.
The use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives ZBiotics the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission is displayed in the Commission tab on the Dashboard, and any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Referred purchases that result in chargebacks or refunds will not earn commission.
Commissions are only paid to those that are based in the United States.
4. Language and Marketing Materials
You must follow the ZBiotics language guidelines when promoting ZBiotics products. If you have any questions about the language guidelines, please contact the ZBiotics team.
ZBiotics may share promotional media such as banners and logos with Affiliates, which you may access on the Marketing tool tab of the Dashboard. You can download the media or request the HTML embed code in order to share elsewhere.
5. Network
If Network tab is activated, affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to merchant shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share the network link and any other affiliates who click on that link and sign up will become a downline affiliate.
6. Cookies
UpPromote uses cookies to track individuals who have clicked on your affiliate link and register if and when they make a purchase. If the referred individual doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, then ZBiotics cannot track the order and cannot pay out commission.
Cookie periods are stated in the Affiliate registration form. The tracking period will start from the time a customer clicks on the Affiliate’s link or uses the discount code. Within the cookie period, an order made by this customer on the ZBiotics website will automatically result in commission to the affiliate (i.e., there is no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link again if the cookie period is still in effect).
7. Removal from the Program
If an Affiliate wishes to be removed from the ZBiotics Affiliate Program, they can do so by contacting affiliates@zbiotics.com.
