Welcome to Ziba Beauty! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.


1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.


2. Affiliate Links and Coupon

Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

Affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer both click on the affiliate link and use coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.

Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.


3. Commissions and payment

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.


4. Marketing tool

We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.


5. Network

If Network tab is activated, affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to merchant shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on merchant settings.

To invite other affiliates into the system, share network link and any other affiliate who click on that link and sign up will become a downline affiliate.


6. Cookie

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.

Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).


7. Removal from Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: orders@zibabeauty.com.

At Ziba Beauty and www.zibabeauty.com, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and outstanding value in the Art of Threading ® and Art of Mehndi ® while respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers.  To better serve you, we collect and maintain certain information regarding, for example, your product and service preferences, dates of special occasions related to you or people you buy gifts for (e.g., birthdays) and Ziba Rewards membership information.  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES do we sell or rent this information to other businesses, and we strictly protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information.  We respect your privacy and seek to protect the trust you place in Ziba Beauty.  Our Privacy Policy is explained in more detail below.  

 

How does Ziba Beauty use the individualized information that we collect?


In addition to using the information referenced above to send you email communications, we also retain your name, address, and email address in our customer database. We try to limit those contacts to ones that might be of interest to you. We currently send emails only to those zibabeauty.com customers who request that we provide them with information about our products and services or for those who have signed up for the Ziba Rewards Program. If you have previously requested such emails, but have changed your mind, contact us by one of the methods referenced above or by unsubscribing to the zibabeauty.com email you receive.

Please be advised that since promotions may already be in process at the time of your request, it may take up to ten weeks before all contacts cease. As a result, you may receive mail or other solicitations from Ziba Beauty during that ten-week period. You may also use the above addresses and phone number to correct or update any of the individual information we have stored.

 

What information does www.zibabeauty.com collect from our online customers?

For those individuals who visit our site, we collect and store IP ("Internet Protocol") addresses during the visit. No individualized information is collected, and the IP address is not traced to a particular individual. Similarly, we collect information, using that IP address, about the navigational or browsing activities of our visitors. Again, that information is not tied to any name or other personally identifying information but is used solely to provide generalized demographic data, such as what geographic areas our visitors are from and visitor browsing patterns. We cannot use that data to identify you. For those who register to receive email promotions, we collect your email address and name and mail address if you choose to provide it.

Does www.zibabeauty.com use 'cookies'?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent such acceptance. We do not retain any individualized information as a result of our use of cookies.

How is the information Ziba Beauty and www.zibabeauty.com collect stored? What security procedures do we have in place to protect the confidentiality of that information?

Currently, the customer information that we maintain is store in our internet database and in our corporate customer database.  We limit access to that information to those within our organization with a business need to know.  Most of our employees do not have access to that information.  In addition, we enforce a policy again unauthorized disclosure or use of the information you share with us, and we instruct our employees concerning that policy.  We also require that those third parties who provide services to us and may have access to customer information (such as mail and website vendors) share our commitment to maintaining your privacy and adhere to Ziba Beauty’s non disclosure requirements.  

As stated above, we do not under any circumstance sell or rent customer information to any outside company or organization nor do we permit any such organization to use customer information for its own business purposes.  In fact, we will only release specific information about you only if we are compelled to do so to comply with valid legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order or in the unlikely situation where we, in good faith, believe such information is necessary to prevent harm to you or others. 

We use secure server technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible.  Once your information is store on our database, we have database security technologies and procedures in place to protect it from access by unauthorized employees or third parties.  

What does Ziba Beauty do with information from Surveys or Contests? 

 

From time-to-time, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site.  If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.  The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).  

 

We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor site traffic or personalize the site (in the case of anonymous information collected in surveys), to send participants an email newsletter.

 

We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests and that company will be prohibited from using our customer’s personally identifiable information for any other purpose.  We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey to anyone outside of the organization.

Will Ziba Beauty’s privacy policy change?

We may change or enhance our policy to improve our service to you. If we do change our policy, we will note those changes on our Web site. A message will be displayed on our home page for a period of time that a change has been made, and the change will be highlighted within the privacy policy.
