Zoefull Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Zoefull team! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
These following Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Zoefull Affiliate Program.
By participating in the Program, an Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
1. Affiliate Eligibility and Approval Process
1.1 Zoefull Affiliate Program ("the Program") participants ("Affiliates") predominantly include social media influencers who promote Zoefull products through their online presence. Affiliates must undergo an application and approval process.
1.2 Affiliates are required to complete a sign-up form, providing pertinent information, or to provide the relevant information to their assigned Affiliate Manager, notably details concerning their social media influence. Approval for participation in the Program is at the sole discretion of the Zoefull Affiliate Management Team.
1.3 We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Commission Structure and Payments
2.1 Commissions are earned when customers make purchases through an Affiliate's unique referral link or designated coupon code. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the product cart sale price, exclusive of shipping costs and taxes.
2.2 Zoefull may establish commission tiers based on Affiliate performance. Qualification for these tiers will be determined at Zoefull's discretion.
2.3 Payouts are made via PayPal using your PayPal email address. For other payout methods (such as Venmo, bank account), the relevant details will need to be provided.
2.4 Payouts are made on a monthly basis. The minimum commission balance for payouts is $50 monthly. If this amount is not reached within a month, the balance will rollover to the following month.
3. Cookies & Lifetime Commission
We use cookies to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies to make them trackable. If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then tracking is not possible and payouts cannot be made on that activity.
Tracking begins from the moment a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses a coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer will automatically result in commissions to the Affiliate.
When a customer subscribes under your link or coupon code, the cookie duration will not apply and instead, we offer our Affiliates a Lifetime Commission plan by which you can continuously earn commissions for the duration of the customer’s subscription. The Lifetime Commission comes to an end if and when the customer stops his or her subscription at Zoefull.
4. Affiliate Links and Coupons
4.1 Coupons and / or promo codes are generated by your assigned Affiliate Manager and sent to you.
4.2 An affiliate link is automatically generated and can be found on your Dashboard, but you can also generate a custom affiliate link for a specific product or collection. Your Affiliate Manager can also generate links for you.
4.3 Affiliates may also advertise merchant websites on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
4.4 Zoefull employs the UpPromote affiliate platform, affording Affiliates access to a comprehensive suite of tracking, analytics, and performance metrics.
5. Marketing Practices and Compliance
5.1 Zoefull expects Affiliates to adhere to standard marketing practices when promoting its products. We expect Affiliates to uphold ethical standards and maintain brand representation consistent with Zoefull.
5.2 Zoefull may at any point during the collaboration instruct or advise Affiliates with guidelines or what not to do or say. - fix wording
5.3 We may share promotional media such as banners, logos or specific collection promotions to you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on your channels.
6. Termination of Collaboration
6.1 Zoefull reserves the right to terminate collaboration with any Affiliate at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
6.2 Affiliates are not contractually bound to Zoefull and retain the autonomy to discontinue their affiliation with Zoefull at any time without incurring any obligations.
6.3 If an Affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting their assigned Affiliate Manager in writing.
7. Confidential Information
7.1 Affiliates may be provided with confidential information by Zoefull. Affiliates are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of such information and refrain from disclosing it to third parties.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These terms and the Zoefull Affiliate Program are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 Zoefull retains the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. Affiliates will have continual access to the updated terms through the affiliate platform and will be informed of any changes in writing.
